Doug and I (well, mostly Doug) have spent the last few days a little under the weather, so we've been making soup and lying low. We had to make a run out for groceries, though, and Starbucks was doing a buy one/get one deal on their holiday drinks, so we took time to have a little coffee date before we headed back home.
I do love this new blue and white bangle I picked up while out thrifting with Doug... it reminds me a bit of saltwater taffy! And now I finally have a blue bangle of some description, so hooray.
I finally got around to letting out the hem of this charming day dress and putting a few more holes in the matching belt, although I still haven't replaced the buttons on the bodice. Whoops. Good thing that it's too cold to wear it without a jacket over, as I'm certainly not letting the lack of buttons stop me from wearing it!
